Throwing it back with these little 90'S beauties! As a 90's baby I often sported high side pony tails with a large scrunchie. Revisiting them in my new scruchie design I’ve created more ruffles and used cotton yarn rather than fabric. This scruchie is versatile in its use as a hair accessory, wrist accessory and a subtle fidget . Soft against hair and skin.
