Artists limited edition print of original oil painting

Painted en plein air in Stromness, Orkney in June 2009, and part of a series of oil paintings painted in the Orkneys. This is an artists print in a limited edition on archival watercolour paper. The original work was exhibited and sold at the Gladstone Gallery, Edinburgh during the Edinburgh Festival, as part of the exhibition 'Homecoming and the Sea'.

This print is made from a photograph taken by me of my original en plein air painting of Stromness, and was inspired by the long sumer evening in Stromness, looking over the harbour.
