Full description
A beautiful small handmade handbag made in patterned green brocade with a lovely soft green lining. It is structured to maintain its shape and closes with a magnetic snap. It is finished with a kanzashi brooch in two different fabrics with a vintage button at its centre. It's fixed with a brooch back so that you can remove it to wear on a jacket, hat or scarf. The handbag is small and decorative, measuring 24cm wide x 28cm tall including handle. Just big enough for phone, keys, love notes... See example (using a different bag) for sizing.
All Mia Scarlett Handbags and accessories are made with vintage and recycled fabrics which means that resources are presevered, and fabrics that may have been discarded can be made into something beautiful. I can also make heirloom handbags from your own vintage fabrics, and wedding handbags denoting "something old". The fabric could be from a dress or suit or even a cushion.
