I made an owl cushion and took him to my first craft fair. Several people said to me "I'd buy him if he was a doorstop" so I started making owl doorstops. Each one has it's own personality and character. I only ever buy little bits of fabric so I can never make many in the same fabrics and I always use different buttons and colours of felt to keep them unique.
