This cute Christmas bunting is made from old magazines (mainly Grazia and a Eurostar magazine) and then sewn onto some bunting bias.
It is 2m in length (however I can make it to whatever length you like, just ask!) and the Christmas trees are around 18cm high and the smaller ones are 12cm high.
They are fairly delicate as they are made from paper but magazine paper is quite tough and they have been double sewn onto the bunting string.

I've always loved making things. I did Fine Art at university and now I work for a climate change charity where we try to encourage people to Mend and Make Do and live in an anti-waste way. So I collect everything from material scraps to glass jars to magazines to buttons and keep them all my craft box until I can find a way to upcycle them into something new and wonderful. All the paper used for this bunting has been reclaimed and recycled from somewhere else (mainly my boss who loves to read Grazia), ready to start its new life as beautiful bunting!
