Looking for something a little bit different for your baby's bedroom or want to buy a unique gift for a new baby? I hand-stitch these hangers from socks and buttons and I don't use templates, so each one is one-of-a-kind.

I work to your specifications so you get exactly what you want to compliment the colour scheme of the nursery. Of course, these can be made for children of any age to hang on a bedroom door or wall so get the kids to pick their own colours too.

I can attach ribbon for hanging in picture style (like the Jessica hanger in the picture) or ribbon on the back of letters to tie onto a cotbed. If you have any other ideas, just ask and I'll see if I can accommodate your request.

Once you purchase, just message me with details of what you'd like, i.e. 'Jessica' in pinks and lilacs, capital initial with a picture hanger style ribbon. I can email a picture of the socks selected for your approval before I start stitching.

Due to a large variation in the length of names, I charge per letter, otherwise 'Clementine' would cost the same as 'Ben' but would be a lot more work! I hope you understand :)

A friend had bought a few sock animals from me and asked if I would be able to make a name hanger for a friend's new baby. I thought it was a great idea and works really well with sock fabric. And so a new range was born! Of course I started by making a prototype for my own baby Gracie. She doesn't mind when I steal it to take to craft fairs :)
