This necklace is inspired by Lisa Steed Davey's design in Make Jewellery (Issue 13). I just loved the idea of using ribbon instead of chain making it the wearer's choice whether this is worn as a choker or a longer length necklace. So, thank you Lisa!
Strung on white organza ribbon, the focal point is a clear, foil lined 30mm glass heart with a 7 bead cluster dangling from a silver plated ring. Clear or white to match the colour theme, some of the glass beads are foil lined,opaque or mottled. A little bit of sparkle comes from the additional Swarovski crystal bicones used on 4 of the beaded dangles.
This would make a great summer necklace - or even great bridalwear.
Ribbon length from heart 16"/40cm. Total length of cluster inc focal bead 4"/10cm.
Necklace will come in an organza giftbag, wrapped in bubblewrap for protection and sent 1st class in a padded envelope.
