Full description
I decided to make an Earth tone version of my mixed media necklaces. This necklace has handmade lampwork glass beads on it from various artisans from around the internet, so much skill goes into these and they cost a lot to buy I chose very carefully so all the colours would go together well even though they are different. Also amongst the beads are some gorgeous wooden painted beads along with handmade felt balls. I have also added some of my own handy work - polymer clay beads with polka dot effects on them. I love the mix of these mediums together I think they really bring out the best in each other. This is totally individual unique necklace.
The necklace has been strung with bead stringing wire, so it is nice and strong.
I made a similar style necklace like this for an interview last year (in rainbow colours you can see it in my sold items)and I got the job. I believe it is because wearing the colours made me cheerful, happy and confident. I never fail to get compliments on my necklace and people are constantly asking where I bought it I'm glad I finally got round to making on to sell in my shop it has been on my list of things to do for ages.
The necklace is long and will fit over your head it doesn't have to be fastened. You can see how long it is on the bust to get an idea of where it will sit.
The necklace measures 31 inches long (79cm)
