Meerkats like to go trick or treating too - and this little meerkat likes to dress up as Dracula.
Before you get scared, this is not a real vampire. It's not even a real meerkat vampire, it's a knitted baby meerkat wearing a costume.
You'll be buying both meerkat and costume, and the costume is FULLY REMOVABLE, as obviously your mere-lydead-kat wouldn't want to be embarrassed still wearing a Halloween costume in November. He'll probably be pestering you for a Santa suit by then...
The costume is in two parts. The wings are wired so can be flexed how you want them. Nosfameertu's arms (front paws?) slip through two loops per wing, holding the wings aloft.
The scary vampire teeth are made of felt and held in place by a loop of skin coloured wool (meerkat skin colour, that is) which slips over his head. The naughty little Meerkula used my best scarlet nail varnish to add some authentic looking blood to the tips of his pointy fangs.
Drakatula can sit freely because his little bottom has been weighted with a stockinette parcel of bean-bag-filling. He is approximately 5" tall (13cm), seated, and is unsuitable for tiny meerkat worshippers owing to small parts.
