As well as running a clinical practice, I am also an organic herbal gardener (I live & breathe herbs!)
I work in all weathers - which includes this recent cold, damp, frosty and in one particular week up to -8c coldness.
So I've needed to keep warm, and drink this blend of tea alot!
Many clients I see - particularly women tend to complain of feeling the cold, and I often make up this blend for them to get the blood pumping, and to support the circulatory system.
The ingredients in this blend are organic, and some I have harvested and dried myself.
