Both Peridot and Black Spinel are traditional birthstones for August and Leo.
Peridot is the transparent form of the mineral Olivine, and was mined by the ancient Egyptians, who called it 'the gem of the sun'.
These AAA grade micro-faceted beads have a vibrant yellow-green hue.
Black Spinel is very durable and has high reflectance, meaning these beautifully cut coin beads have lots of sparkle and shine.
The burnt-orange frosted Carnelian beads represent Fire and The Sun - Leo's ruling element and planet.
