This pair of enamel earrings made with a special technique called plique-a-jour. They remind me of Van Gogh's colorful paintings of crocuses and the elegant style of the Art Nouveau era.

Initially, I crafted a delicate frame using the thinnest fine silver wire, measuring just 0.1 mm thick, resembling the construction of a stained glass window. Then, I meticulously filled this frame with vitreous enamel, layer by layer, and subjected it to multiple rounds of heating until the enamel seamlessly filled all gaps and melted into a smooth, glass surface, radiating with a brilliant shine. Then I have made clamps hooks with sterling silver. Plique-a-jour means 'Light of Day' in French, and these earrings capture and keep rays of sunlight beautifully. You will receive your item in a craft box, as shown in the photos.

To keep your enamel jewelry looking its best, handle it gently to prevent dropping, chipping, or scratching. Avoid exposure to strong chemicals like cleaners, and store it in a soft pouch or jewelry box when not in use. Clean your enamel jewelry with a soft, damp cloth, or a toothbrush for sensitive teeth without applying hard pressure, and avoid harsh cleaners. You can use a small amount of liquid soap if needed. Keep it away from constant moisture, and remember to remove them before bathing, using a sauna, or going to the gym. Avoid sleeping with them on. With proper care, your enamel jewelry will maintain its beauty for years to come.
