I will donate 10% of each doll sale to The Eve Appeal, a charity dedicated to funding research and raising awareness of gynaecological cancers.
I was inspired to make Melissa by the bee fabric I used for her dungarees! I have had it for ages and was waiting for the perfect project to use it. The sun has started to shine here in North Wales and the bees are on the lavender in the garden. Seeing them reminded me of this fabric I had in my stash and I realised it would make amazing dungarees! I also wanted to try a different method of doing this doll's hair, so that led to the creation of the messy bun and the gorgeous bow! I am very pleased with how Melissa turned out, I hope you love her too xx
