When I was on holiday I was walking along the canal with my children and my sister and we came across beautiful flowers. I stopped to photograph then and sketched them out when back in the hotel. I used my acrylic pens when I came back home from holiday to go round the out lines. I then scanned them into photo shop as I though they would make a lovely pattern. Using photoshop I did variations of colours with the backing to bring out the flowers and stuck to a simple colour palette for the rose and daffodil to complement the backing color. I then placed this design on to a template I designed using photo shop to be printed on to cards. I kept them blank as I felt the design could do various occasions
