About this Make

A lace scarf which can be made quickly in 4 ply yarn.  Make it as short or as long as you like!  Both written instructions and charts are given. 

This scarf is about 6 ins wide and 6 foot long.  The length is easily adjustable.

 

 

 

Materials required

1 skein North Ronaldsay 4 ply wool

pair 6 mm needles

row counter

 

The original was made from one 300 m skein of North Ronaldsay wool, available from http://www.folksy.com/shops/northernlace .  The pattern will work for other 4 ply yarns.  For a 6 ft scarf (as here) you will need about 90 g yarn.
