About this Make

Most people associate decoupage with furniture or pottery, but this technique can be effectively used to decorate glass and create some very lovely pieces of jewellery and accessories. This Make will show you how to make an eye-catching glass pendant. I've used Japanese Chiyogami paper but you could use any other paper you fancy, cut out images from magazines or even fabric.

Materials required

  • Glass cabochon
  • Decorative paper
  • 1 tube of Decoupage Glaze
  • 1 tube of strong craft adhesive
  • A flat pad pendant bail
  • Craft knife and cutting board
  • Scissors
  • Paper towel

Oooooh fantastic, would love to have a go at this! As above though, where can I buy the glass cabochon? Do most craft shops have them?
