Here at 'Magic in the grass' we first opened our gates in 2009, and the company has grown organically through the years with our loyal customers.

My name is Nikki Smith, and I am the designer/maker here. Hello!

I first began to make Sterling Silver jewellery as a hobby, but soon realised that I had the passion and skills to take this further. I have always loved to make things, and feel SO lucky to be crafting as my full time career, enabling me to do the job that I love, working from home, giving me more time to be around my fab family!

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

I usually ask for up to 3 weeks from receiving your order & payment to having your jewellery on it's way to you. If you need the item(s) sooner than this please get in touch as I can usually juggle things around to accomodate!

I make every piece of jewellery specifically for the person that has chosen it, and therefore any personalised items are not returnable due to a change of mind. In the unlikely event that there is an error in my inscription, or a defect in the piece I will gladly refund/exchange for you asap. If you have any problem at all with your purchase please get in touch, I take all feedback seriously, and will do all I can to help you. Your happiness is my happiness x
