Hi and thanks for looking at my shop.
I offer free postage within the UK unless you require a special postal service. If the item is in stock I will post it within 1 day, should the item be out of stock I will let you know a lead time (usually a couple of days depending on how busy I am).
All orders come gift wrapped.

Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
