Our hand knitted pieces are mostly 1 off pieces or they are made in small quantities. We do take custom orders so please get in touch if you don't see what you are looking for and I will try my best to help.
If item is in stock dispatched time is 1-3 working days. Made to order will take longer please check listing for dispatched info.
All orders will be sent Royal Mail 2nd class or trackable courier service
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
