A lifelong love of all types of craft has led me on a wonderfully experimental and creative journey. My main passion is photography and I enjoy combining this with digital techniques to create altered art and personalised images.

You’ll find personalised colouring books, greeting cards, prints, ACEOs, journals, notebooks and a fun range of polymer clay gifts.

About Me
Originally from north London, I now live a few miles away in Hertfordshire. I work part-time as a primary school teacher, do a little private tutoring, some proof reading for an educational publishers and I’m also an aspiring children’s book writer and illustrator! Oh and I'm a mum of two little ones!

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Payment and Postage
You can order online by PayPal. This is a secure payment system and means that the money is received immediately. You do not need a PayPal account and I will not see your card details.

I aim to post your order as promptly as possible; usually within 3 working days, unless otherwise stated. I package all gifts very carefully to ensure they won't be damaged in transit. I post by Royal Mail 1st class and by airmail if you're outside of the UK.

International customers are responsible for any taxes or customs costs their country may impose.

You will receive an automatic confirmation e-mail once I have posted your package.

Polymer Clay Products
Although polymer clay is perfectly suitable for its intended use, it is not indestructible! I would not recommend these items for small children.

Returning Items
I hope that you will be very happy with your purchase. If however, the goods are not as you anticipated, please e-mail me (victoria@carefordcreations.co.uk or through Folksy) within 7 days of receipt and return the goods to me as soon as possible. Please use the original packing to return the goods. I recommend that you use recorded delivery or another tracking service as I cannot be responsible for items that go missing on return. You will be responsible for return postage costs unless the goods are faulty.

I will refund the cost of the item(s) and original postage (if any was paid) or exchange the item(s) on receipt, as long as it is unused, with the original packaging and in a resalable condition. The replacement item(s) will be sent within the same timeframes as a normal purchase. Refunds will be made within the 30 day legal requirement and by the same method as you originally paid.

Please note that I cannot refund or exchange custom orders unless they arrive damaged.
