Hi, my name is Jo and I've loved sewing and making things for as long as I can remember. I love fabric, (especially children's fabrics) choosing it, buying it, touching it, cutting it and making it into a variety of different things. There is an amazing array of fabrics to chooose from and if I had the time (and money!) I'd spend my days browsing and buying!
About me
I live in Worcestershire, am married and have 2 children, girls aged 6 and 3 and a 10 year old cat. I am also a puppy walker for the Guide Dogs and am currently training a Black Lab puppy called Farley for the next year. I have a music degree and am also a qualifed primary school teacher but at the moment I am at home full time and loving it.
When my oldest daughter was a baby we had just moved into a new build house and had a lot of blank walls to fill. I wanted something big, bright and bold for her wall and the teacher side of me wanted it to be educational as well. Not surprisingly I couldn't buy what I wanted so decided to make my own. 5 years later it is still on the wall, helped teach her letters and numbers before starting school and continues to be admired and enjoyed.
I was hooked after making this one and knew I needed to continue sewing. I love using my sewing machine and seeing a price of fabric develop into something special. Most of my items as well as being beautifully decorative, also have an educational theme to them, I particularly love alphabets and am always on the lookout for new, beautiful and unusual fabrics.

Policies, payment, shipping etc
Payment - I only accept paypal at the present time.
I expect payment within 48 hours of making the purchase. If for any reason this is not possible, please let me know and I'll be happy to extend the timeline if informed first!
I reserve the right to relist any unpaid orders after 4 days after purchase date without prior notice.
Shipping
I ship promptly as soon as I have received cleared payment, but am not responsible for items lost in transit.
I am happy to ship internationally anywhere in the world.
Please note that international customers are responsible for all customs, duties and taxes associated with shipping to their respective countries.
Returns
I would like my customers to be happy with their purchases. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please email me as soon as possible to discuss returns/ refunds.
Generally the item must be returned within 14 days of purchase date.
Items must be returned in same condition to receive the full refund.
