Folksy only allows payment through Paypal.

Shipping

I post out all items, first class post, on the day of purchase unless it has been sold after 14:30 when it will be sent the following day.

I always obtain a proof of postage receipt. If you have not received your item within 7days, please let me know.

Refunds

I always aim to please but if you do have a problem with your purchase, please contact me as soon as possible so that we can sort it out.

All of my items are made in a pet and smoke free studio, otherwise known as the corner of my lounge.
