Meet the maker Carol Luscombe

Welcome to Pop-up Zoo Greetings Cards.

My name is Carol and I've been making my own greetings cards for over 10 years. I specialise in designing and making pop-up cards and especially enjoy designing pop-up action cards - where the pop-up moves as the card is opened and closed.

From time to time I may list the occasional non pop-up card, gift tag or other papercrafted item.

Each card design is suitable for a variety of occasions. I can customise any of my cards, just let me know your requirements.

New Designs:

If you’d like an A5 version of an A6 size card (or vice versa) that is not listed, please contact me. It takes me around 8 hours to produce each pop-up card design from scratch. I am happy to consider new card designs, providing that the design is viable as a pop-up, that it may be re-used on subsequent occasions and that I have sufficient notice to complete the project.

Charity:

In October 2007 my life fell apart when our precious baby boy was stillborn. Sands, the stillbirth and neonatal death charity, has been a lifeline to me and I now feel that I am ready to give something back. A minimum of 25 pence from every card that I sell is donated to the charity (registration number 299679), of which I am a registered fundraiser.

Shipping:

I aim to post all orders within 2 working days. Items will be sent 1st class post. Most of my cards require large letter postage by the time they're packed in a card backed envelope but I try to keep p&p costs down by recycling cardboard to make my own card backed envelopes.

Returns:

In line with Distance Selling Regulations, I am happy to accept returns providing that the items are not bespoke nor personalised. The cost of the item (excluding p&p costs) will be refunded once it has been received back in good condition. Returns postage will only be refunded should the item be faulty or damaged in transit.
