Meet the maker Neil Graham
Designer/Maker Neil Graham presents his range of natural wood jewellery to the public.
I do not colour any woods; they have their own beauty. My love of wood cannot easily be described, but it has something to do with its beautiful diversity. I am often amazed when I find a new wood. For example, I'm currently working on a new wood from Vanuata known as Axehead, which is yet to be scientifically categorised. Test pieces seem to take an excellent finish, but let’s wait and see if I can make it sing!
A range of my jewellery is available to the public at galleries around the country, the main gallery being The Arts Organisation at 21 Station Street, Nottingham. All goods are sent on the next working day. UK orders are dispatched using Royal Mail’s recorded delivery service, and all international sales are sent via Airmail, with international signed-for service.
If you see an item in one wood (for example the seahorse in Tambootie) but would rather have the item made in another wood (for example Purpleheart), please message me - it may be possible to have one made for the same price as it's listed here.
My studio address is Natural Wood Jewellery & Gifts, 3-9 Station St, Nottingham, NG2
