Hi, my name is Lin and I'd like to welcome you to the cloudhopping world, where I love to hop from fabric to wool, via a cloud of embroidery, and back again.
My creations usually begin with me falling for a gorgeous pure wool that I can't wait to knit with, or a piece of fabric that spins ideas around my head.
My other love is my hounds, and I am passionate about greyhound rescue. I donate 10% of my profits to my local greyhound rescue charity, Greyhound Gap

PAYMENT
I accept PayPay only, please remember to pay for all items within 2 days of purchase. Please note that for purchases where payment is not made within 48 hours the transaction will be cancelled. I will do my best to contact you prior to cancellation.
If you cannot pay, and would like me to hold an item until payday, please contact me!

You may pay for your order with your credit card or bank account via PayPal.Choose Paypal as your payment method, and follow this through to the Paypal page, then click on Credit Card payment.
SHIPPING
I am happy to post anywhere in the world.
Your item will be dispatched within 2 working days of receipt of your payment, except where explicitly stated otherwise in the shop announcement (e.g. if I am away on holiday for a period). *please check that your paypal and folksy address match!*
Items sent to UK and sent via Royal Mail, 1st class (estimated delivery 1-2 working days, please allow up to 15 days)
International orders are sent via Airmail (estimated delivery 3-5 working days, please allow up to 25 days).Please note that you may be responsible for import duties and customs. This is beyond my control and is determined by the country of import. Buyers are responsible for any custom charges.
I always obtain proof of posting, if your item has not arrived after the above times please contact me.
GIFTWRAPPING
Giftwrapping and a gift note can be added at no extra cost - please let me know upon ordering.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
If, for some reason, you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me as soon as possible to let me know that you are unhappy. I appreciate my customers very much, and want them to be happy. I accept returns and exchanges and give refunds on the condition that the items are in the same condition as when I posted them and you notify me ASAP (no later than 7 days of receiving the item). I will not refund any postage/packing/shipping costs.
Items must be returned to me (by airmail if outside the UK) before refund or exchange.I advise customers to obtain proof of postage when returning items.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Please contact me if you see something you like but want a different size, shape or colour. Some of my wools and fabrics are vintage or discontinued ranges so I only have a limited supply of some designs, but please enquire as I am always happy to create a custom order whenever possible.

ALLERGIES?
Items are handmade by me in my smoke-free but pet-friendly home. My rescue greyhound is often sleeping nearby - however he does not knit or sew. And I can assure you I am the only one who uses the sewing machine.
