Meet the maker Connie Yates

I've been designing and making Offbeat Greeting Cards, Artwork and Stationery since September 2009.
More recently I have started to include Collars, Harnesses and accoutrements for Cats, Ferrets, Small Dogs, Weasels and other critters and varmints.

Payment:
I will only accept payments via paypal.
If the item is not paid for within 3 days, the sale will be canceled unless otherwise agreed upon. Don't be afraid to contact me if you have any specific requirements; I'll always do what I can to be helpful. Don't be shy!

Shipping:
Items will normally be dispatched within 3 working days of payment being made.
Items will be well packaged however, I will where possible and within reason reuse outer packaging.
I care about the environment so if the outer envelope is a wee bit tatty don't worry, the inside won't be!

Refunds and Exchanges:
Each card/item is individually made so please allow for slight differences in items where there are more than one. However, photographs give an accurate depiction of the items.
Due to the individual and handmade nature of our cards and collars, I ask that you read the description carefully before you buy. Sizes are stated clearly in item descriptions.
If you're not happy with your item for whatever reason then I not happy, we will issue refunds provideditem is returned in the condition it was sent and was not personalised or a custom design.
