Buying from me

Every piece of art made at Torch Wolf Studio is hand burned with care and consideration.
Each piece of wood is unique, where no two pieces are the same. Each will have it's own rings, knots and imperfections which only add to it's individuality and beauty.
Wood will naturally weather over time. To preserve the wood as long as possible, I coat the front and back of each piece with wood oil in order to protect it.
To protect your product, keep out of direct sunlight and avoid damp areas.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
