Thank you for visiting my shop.
All of my jewellery is carefully handcrafted in my studio. I dedicate all my heart and care into each individual piece, each item has its own uniqueness like no other.
Many items are made to order and will be shipped within 1 to 5 working days, unless specified otherwise (custom made). If you would like your jewellery shipped urgently, please contact me through Folksy before your purchase.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
If any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me first via Folksy message within 14 days of the receipt of the items. Unless, the item is custom made or personalized, I can offer you a full refund (less shipping fee) or exchange.
Return / exchange item(s) must be unworn (for hygiene reason) and in the same condition as when it was purchased.
Unless item is faulty, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Please keep your proof of delivery confirmation as customers are also responsible for any returned item which is lost or damaged.
The refund will be issued within 5 business days of the receipt of the item(s).
