Within a couple of hours my shop had a new look, with minimal input from me! I just love it and being a computer idiot i got extra support when i couldn't upload the banner.

thought long and hard before I gave this negative feedback. But this seller left me so disappointed after cancelling my order for a special birthday card for my daughter after the agreed delivery date. no contact through folksy just a message on paypal. money was refunded

I now have a new banner, avatar and business cards thanks to the talented illustrate me :-) What fab service so patient with me even though i had no idea what i wanted! I wouldn't have known where to start so a great service for all us techno phobs :-)
