Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

This amazing journal was a birthday gift for my 11 year old granddaughter. She absolutely loved it, and spent a long time opening all the pages and exploring all the various tags and extras which adorn it. She was especially taken with the little vial of fairy dust hanging from the spine! I'm sure she will treasure it and I'm very grateful to Bernardette for her creative skills and her attention to detail.
