All my jewellery has been hand crafted by myself Clare Lewis using polymer clay and occasionally glass, wood and resin. My jewellery is bespoke and has been inspired by the many things that influence my life.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

In the unfortunate event that you are not completely satisfied with your item please return it to me in it's original packaging and unused within 14 days for a full refund. I ask that you email me prior to returning your item and strongly advise that you obtain a certificate of posting as I can not be held liable for items lost in the post.
