Crafting dreams into reality, one tiny masterpiece at a time

Hello!

To me crafting is more than just a hobby or skill—it's a portal to my imagination. It's a way to breathe life into ideas, transforming raw materials into tangible expressions of creativity. It's my sanctuary, where time slows down, and every stitch or tiny house becomes a brushstroke in the canvas of my imagination.

Crafting is my language, allowing me to speak volumes through the beauty of handmade creations. It's a source of joy, fulfilment and endless discovery, where each project tells a unique story and reflects a piece of my soul.

My attention moves between two diversely different creative dimensions, firstly, I'm the chief architect of miniature wooden houses and beach huts, in all their tiny detail.

I also create lavender scented, hand sewn eye pillows. I like to describe these as the ‘eye-pad’ (see what I did there?!) that doesn't require wifi!

Using 100% organic wheat and lavender, they're soothing, stylish and very comforting. Pop one into your yoga bag and be the envy of your classmates during the relaxation pose.

My crafting is a blend of artistry and functionality, weaving together woodwork and textiles into creations that evoke a sense of cozy-ness, serenity, and wonder.

I make my creations in my craft room on my 2 metre long desk - which surprisingly, is still not quite long enough when all of my paints, brushes and glue gun are being fully deployed.

I'm often joined by my fluffy Cavapoos; Drake and Cooper who try to interrupt as much as possible with their need for biscuits and cuddles.

Crafting is fitted in around my day job working in a health and fitness club in the world of people management, my other hobbies of daily walks, weekly cold water swimming and yoga. I love being outside and around nature and being by the sea.

I'm drawn to coastal colours and textures, tiny details, checks, stripes, and soft linens and crisp cotton.

My favourite wooden house collectible to create is a winter scene, especially the Christmas collection, using traditional red and green as accent colours and festive styling.
