Boo-Bear Wares started in April 2013 by a working mum of 2 with a belief and a dream of one day working for herself. We are based in Perthshire, Scotland and our products are designed and made in a now dedicated area of her home.
We purchase our fabrics and supplies from the UK, mainly from other small businesses.
When you buy from us, you are keeping our children in clothes and shoes and paying for karate lessons. Thank you for that support!
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
The cost of returning any item for any reason shall be borne by the buyer. Should said item require repair and return to the buyer, the cost of return postage and all repair costs will be borne by Boo-Bear Wares. A repair will always be offered in the first instance, where appropriate and possible.
