I am a contemporary crafts person, currently working with ceramics and textiles. Elements of every day life are my inspiration. My work is designed to be fun and often functional, with a quirky, childlike style. I have a passion for colour and composition, and enjoy working with and combining different techniques and mediums. I am intrigued by all things weird and offbeat, and love to collect haberdashery objects, such as buttons, beads, vintage fabrics, and ribbons, which are sometimes later incorporated into my work.
