I'm Nigel and I make these solar powered lanterns in an increasing range of designs from exterior grade plywood and decorated with exterior grade paint,so they will happily sit or hang in your garden or indoors on a sunny windowsill. Each lantern contains a 3 colour change l.e.d light unit ,power comes from a small solar panel on the roof (at the back in photos ),so it charges up during the day and when it gets dark switches on,to glow red/blue/green, right through the night in the summertime, magic!.
