I use semi-porcelain clay fired between 1180 - 1200 degrees Celcius; my wares are water tight and durable enough for everyday use, including dish-washing. I have been working with clay for roughly 8 years now. I am a practical girl by nature, so making beautiful, utilitarian items that can be enjoyed for both their aesthetic and function really appeals to me!
