I work from a small studio and produce small runs of fine art frames and bespoke tableware. I am fascinated by things that I come across on everyday travels, from people to toys and document them through detailed drawn illustrations. These drawings are applied to my work using digital ceramic transfers and I apply coloured slips to the clay before bisque firing for touches of modern colour. Often lustre in silver or gold is added for a decadent touch which compliments the shiny clear glaze on my pieces.
