    Lovely product but VERY slow to ship, after a week it still hadn't been shipped, I sent a message but received no reply. Eventually received the item two weeks after placing the order with no expectation that it would take so long implied by the listing. I'm sorry to have to leave a negative but for poor communication and slow service it's all I can justify.
