We have a studio in the New Forest from which we run a range of courses on all aspects of pottery making. Please see our website newforestpotterytime.com for full details. We also make and sell a range of traditional earthenware pottery. Our pieces are mostly made on the wheel using red or white earthenware clay. When they are leather hard before they are fired we decorate them using coloured slips (liquid clay) using a range of application techniques. Each piece is then fired for the first time to 900 degrees centigrade. We finally glaze the pots in a transparent or semi transparent glaze and fire again this time to 1060 degrees centigrade. All the glazes we use are food safe. We have solar panels on the roof so we are almost carbon neutral with the production of our pottery.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
