SHIPPING

I always ship via Royal Mail First Class and I obtain proof of posting. I ship within three business days of funds clearing, very often the same day or the day after receiving an order.

VAT

I am registered for VAT in the UK, trading as Shiny Learning. My number is GB 944 7683 78. If you live in the UK or other EU country, VAT will be added to the total price of your order, including shipping, at the PayPal checkout.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
