The item you are purchasing has been designed and/or made by Skeins. If you are purchasing a kit it is sold on the condition that the pattern is only used for personal use and not reproduced or used to make multiple items.
If you are ordering a finished item it will normally be shipped with 5/7 working days - however if there is going to be a delay then you will be informed after your order is received.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
