Hello there. Just a little bit about me.
Over a long period of time I've enjoyed many different creative pathways. The result of all this happy time spent discovering new methods and techniques is a confidence in my voice, my creativity and the products that I create.
Keeping things bright, joyful and optimistic I draw from the best that my seaside surroundings, my garden and the wider world has to offer. I'm inspired by nature and cultural histories from all over the place. The rich diversity of art inspires and motivates me to carry on with my personal need to create.
My creativity is channelled into paint and fabric. I produce small sewn items and I revive preowned garments into one off wearable artistic pieces.
I'm lucky enough to have a studio space in my home in which to work. I'm never far from my garden, a walk along the beach or a cup of tea.
I don't own any pets but there are the squirrels and birds that visit the garden and within the family there is a special dog who is just the best and recharges my happy reserves everytime we meet up.
