Self care gifts to nourish the soul

Hello!

Thank you for visiting my new shop.

I'm on a bit of a wellness journey at the moment, and this is what has inspired me to create this shop. After being diagnosed with various chronic illnesses, I've been working hard to learn how to manage my health and pace myself - creativity has been a great outlet and has helped me slow down.

Affirmation jars are a starting point, as these have helped me a lot to change my mindset and practise regular self care, which is essential for both mental and physical health.

I've created these with care, thought and a lot of love, using recycled materials wherever possible.
